Jeri's Treasure Chest offers the following Returns Policy:

Refund Policies:

If not satisfied, a full refund will be given only if merchandise is returned in original packaging within 7 days after recieving your item starting from the first day you recieve it.

To return or exchange and item:

(1) Secure the item and all of the original packing materials in a plainly wrapped cardboard box.

(2) Send the package registered mail. JFT is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

(3) Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

(4) Ship your items to:

Please be careful not to write JFT's Incredible Jewelry, Jewelry, or related words anywhere on the package, as this may invite possible theft of the package.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Returns are simple but subject to certain rules:

- The item(s) need to be returned within 7 days following the shipment date of the order from JFT's Incredible Jewelry.

- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

All refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the condition of the items.
